Daniel Trust Foundation invests in and supports low-income students with their educational and professional goals. The Foundation also honors teachers who have impacted the lives of our students.
The Daniel Trust Foundation High School Mentoring Program is a youth development and academic program that helps low-income high school juniors and seniors prepare for college and their careers through digital and in person classes that focus on SAT Prep, College Readiness, Career Preparation and Financial Literacy.
Once students successful graduate from high school, they become scholars in The Daniel Trust Foundation College Scholarship Program, where they receive additional mentorship over 4 years and a $2,000 scholarship, to help them pay for their college textbooks and other college related expenses.
One of the things that makes Daniel Trust Foundation unique is that we ask our scholarship recipients to nominate and honor teachers who have made a big impact in their lives. Teachers who are nominated by our students receive an achievement award and a $250 honorarium to help them supplement out of pocket expenses.
