Organizations Filed Purposes: The purpose of the Congress shall be to organize and represent members of the professional staff co-employed by the Connecticut community colleges and the state of Connecticut; organize and represent any future groups of bargaining unit members affiliated with or represented by the Congress under the appropriate federal, state, and/or municipal law and negotiated Collective Bargaining Agreements; advance the interest of its members by, in particular, seeking to determine wages, benefits and working conditions.
