Organizations Filed Purposes:
The purpose of the Congress shall be to organize and represent members of the professional staff co-employed by the Connecticut community colleges and the state of Connecticut; organize and represent any future groups of bargaining unit members affiliated with or represented by the Congress under the appropriate federal, state, and/or municipal law and negotiated Collective Bargaining Agreements; advance the interest of its members by, in particular, seeking to determine wages, benefits and working conditions.
Agent for collective bargaining with respect to salaries, hours, and other conditions of employment for all professional employees in the Connecticut Community Technical College System.
