EMERGENCY MEDICAL TRANSPORTATION - NEW BRITAIN EMS DEDICATES ITSELF TO PROVIDING TIMELY, QUALITY EMERGENCY MEDICAL CARE AND TRANSPORTATION WITHIN THE CITY OF NEW BRITAIN. IN FISCAL YEAR 2019, WE RESPONDED TO 14,602 911 REQUESTS FOR MEDICAL ASSISTANCE. WE TREATED APPROXIMATELY 11,428 PATIENTS WHO JOIN A GROWING LIST OF OVER 238,428 PATIENTS TREATED SINCE 1977. IN ADDITION TO THE PROGRAM SERVICE REVENUE AND EXPENSES ABOVE, THE CITY OF NEW BRITAIN DONATED LEASED FACILITIES AND VEHICLES HAVING A MARKET VALUE OF $384,184, AS WELL AS DISPATCHING SERVICES WITH A VALUE OF $250,000.
