Donated goods and retail program services- the Organization utilizes retail stores to provide on-the-job training to people with disabilities, people with disadvantages and others having a hard time attaining employment. The Organization accepts clothing and other household donated goods from the public and sells these donations in the community-based retail stores. Revenue from the sales of these goods goes directly toward supporting and growing critical community based programs and job placement services.
Programmatic services primarily focuses on employment and related activities. Services are provided for individuals of all educational levels and work experience. Additionally, services are offered that lead to enriched community participation, socialization and /or educational success. Based on individual needs, a program may also combine both an employment and non-employment component.
