IN FY20, 211 HANDLED 313,342 CALLS AND REGISTERED 1,447,141 WEB VISITS FROM PEOPLE ACROSS CONNECTICUT. 211 MAINTAINS A COMPUTERIZED DATABASE OF 3,814 HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICE AGENCIES OFFERING 35,886 SERVICES AND OVER 4,000 LICENSED CHILD CARE FACILITIES. 211 OPERATES 24 HOURS A DAY, 365 DAYS A YEAR, WITH MULTILINGUAL CALL SPECIALISTS AND TDD ACCESS AVAILABLE.

CARE 4 KIDS: CONNECTICUT'S CHILD CARE SUBSIDY PROGRAM HELPS LOW TO MODERATE INCOME WORKING FAMILIES PAY FOR CHILD CARE.
