THIS IS PARTICULARLY IMPORTANT AS OUR NATION STRUGGLES WITH AN OBESITY CRISIS, FAMILIES STRUGGLE WITH WORK/LIFE BALANCE AND INDIVIDUALS SEARCH FOR PERSONAL FULFILLMENT. WE BRING FAMILIES TOGETHER AND OFFER SUPPORT, RECREATIONAL AND SOCIAL NETWORKS THAT BUILD RELATIONSHIPS AND STRENGTHEN BONDS. IN 2019, WE PROVIDED FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO OVERCOME ECONOMIC BARRIERS TO PARTICIPATION IN THE AMOUNT OF $28,996. (ESTIMATED 5,372 SERVED)
YOUTH SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT: FOR ALL CHILDREN WITH FOCUS ON PROMOTING HEALTHY GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT IN A STRUCTURED ACTIVITY, WHICH HELPS FACILITATE YOUTHS EMOTIONAL WELL BEING. IN 2019, WE PROVIDED FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO OVERCOME ECONOMIC BARRIERS TO PARTICIPATION IN THE AMOUNT OF $51,232.(ESTIMATED 2,252 SERVED)
DAY CARE: THE GOAL IS TO PROMOTE CHILDRENS SOCIAL, EMOTIONAL, PHYSICAL AND INTELLECTUAL DEVELOPMENT WHILE MEETING THE NEEDS OF FAMILIES. WE SUPPORT EFFORTS TO NURTURE THE HEALTHY GROWTH OF THE CHILD WITH SAFE, AFFORDABLE, HIGH-QUALITY CARE SO PARENTS CAN HAVE PEACE OF MIND WHILE AT WORK TO HELP THEIR FAMILY SUCCEED. OUR USE OF PRIMARY CARE GIVERS FOR INFANTS ENCOURAGES OPEN COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE CAREGIVER AND THE PARENT AND HELPS BRIDGE THE GAP BETWEEN HOME AND THE CARE CENTER. IN AGE APPROPRIATE ENVIRONMENT, EXPERIENCED STAFF PROVIDE DEVELOPMENTALLY APPROPRIATE PROGRAMS FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL GROUP. OUR CURRICULUM IS BASED ON THE INTERESTS AND NEEDS OF THE CHILDREN AND PROMOTES EMOTIONAL, SOCIAL, PHYSICAL AND COGNITIVE DEVELOPMENT. IN 2019 WE PROVIDED $7,736 IN FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE.
