The YMCA of Norwalk is a community organization, welcome to all which enhances the lives of its members through programs and services that focus on the values of Caring, Respect, Responsibilty and Honesty. Our mission is to reflect and serve our diverse community, so that we may strengthen our members in spirit, mind and body.
The Corporation shall seek to promote youth development, healthy living and social responsibility in the Norwalk community.
Child care programs: Includes before and after school programs for elementary and middle school children offering activities that benefit social, physical and educational development. Also provides school vacation and snow day programs on most days when school is not in session as a convenience to parents. The Organization also provides an eight week summer camp program featuring swim lessons, arts and crafts, sports and many other activities.
