Organizations Filed Purposes:
The purpose of the Organization is to support the Windsor Locks Police Officers Union by providing funds to help the Union negotiate the town union contract, provide arbitration assistance to families of officers, and provide officers and their families with an annual holiday party. The Organization also receives many outside requests for assistance, and is proud of its longstanding record in helping others. Achievements include the support of the Windsor Locks Safe Graduation Program through the Windsor Locks Public School system, and direct support to many varied local and state organizations.
Other exempt purposes accomplishments represent expenses incurred on behalf of members of the Windsor Locks Police Department, and include funding for a holiday party, reimbursement for officer arbitration fees, rememberances to families of retired and deceased officers, and reimbursements for various sundry expenses for union meetings.
The Organization made various contributions to local and state deserving charitable organizations, including the Windsor Locks Lions Club, Windsor Locks High School, and Windsor Locks Dollars for Scholars.
