EDUCATIONAL SERVICESTHE CELEBRATION IN LEARNING ("CIL") CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTER OFFERS YEAR-ROUND, AFFORDABLE CHILDCARE FOR TODDLERS TWO YEARS OF AGE, AT ARE'S HEADQUARTERS. ARE ALSO PROVIDES PRE-KINDERGARTEN CLASSES FOR THREE AND FOUR-YEAR-OLD CHILDREN A "TRUE QUALITY EDUCATION" THROUGH A PLANNED CURRICULUM AND A STRUCTURED DAY PROGRAM CONSISTING OF LEARNING ACTIVITY CENTERS, ARTS AND RECREATION TO HELP CHILDREN SUCCESSFULLY TRANSITION TO ELEMENTARY SCHOOL. THE EDUCATION PROGRAM IS ACCREDITED BY NATIONAL ASSOCIATION FOR THE THE EDUCATION PROGRAM IS ACCREDITED BY NATIONAL ASSOCIATION FOR THE EDUCATION OF YOUNG CHILDREN.ARE'S DEVELOPMENTAL BEFORE AND AFTERCARE SERVICES PROGRAMS ARE DESIGNED TO MEET THE NEEDS OF WORKING PARENTS WHO REQUIRE CHILDCARE BEFORE AND AFTER SCHOOL HOURS FOR CHILDREN FOUR TO TWELVE YEARS OLD. THE PROGRAM OPERATES AT ARE'S HEADQUARTERS.ARE'S IN-SCHOOL EMPLOYMENT TRAINING PROGRAM IS FOR YOUTH IN HIGH SCHOOLS. IT ASSISTS THEM WITH PRE-EMPLOYMENT SKILLS AND IDENTIFYING EITHER PROSPECTIVE CAREER INTERESTS OR COLLEGE PROGRAMS THAT MEET THEIR NEEDS. INTERNSHIPS ARE SECURED FOR THOSE WHO DON'T CURRENTLY SEE COLLEGE AS THEIR IMMEDIATE GOAL. SOME OF THESE INTERNSHIPS HAVE THE POSSIBILITY OF TURNING INTO FULL-TIME EMPLOYMENT.
CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL NEEDS (AUTISM CLINICAL PROGRAM) - ARE OPERATES A YEAR-ROUND AUTISM CLINICAL PROGRAM FOR CHILDREN AGES 7 TO 21 YEARS OLD THAT IS FUNDED BY HEALTH SERVICES FOR CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL NEEDS, INC. THE MISSION OF ARE'S AUTISM CLINICAL PROGRAM IS TO PROVIDE THERAPEUTIC SERVICES BASED ON RESEARCH AND BEST PRACTICES THAT WILL ASSIST THE AUTISTIC CHILD IN REACHING MAXIMUM POTENTIAL IN AN EFFECTIVE TREATMENT ENVIRONMENT.
