Organizations Filed Purposes:
BMA is the leading coalition of health plans, providers, employers, aging service agencies, advocates, retiree organizations, and beneficiaries who support Medicare Advantage.
Communications: BMA provides information, commentary, and advocacy activities through website postings of research, evidence and policy analysis, as well as through electronic and social media to the public, policymakers, media outlets, and interested individuals. Ally Recruitment & Engagement and Beneficiary Engagement: BMA is a coalition of organizations that includes the varied stakeholders in health care, including providers, plans, business and professional organizations, community partners, and advocacy organizations. BMA engages these ally organizations by providing information, policy analyses, and updates on health policy, regulations and legislation related to Medicare Advantage. Ally organizations are asked to offer opinions, experience and perspectives on Medicare Advantage. They participate in events and provide input in written materials.
