CONCERTS ARE CONDUCTED ON THE WEST LAWN OF THE U.S. CAPITOL GROUNDS WITH THE NATIONAL SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA AND OTHER NATIONALLY RENOWNED PERFORMERS AND PERSONALITIES.
