CHESS CHALLENGE EMPLOYS COACHES WHO HAVE EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUNDS AND A LOVE OF THE GAME OF CHESS TO DELIVER OUR PROGRAM. THESE ADULT COACHES, WHO RECEIVE TRAINING BY CHESS CHALLENGE STAFF, TEACH SPECIALIZED CHESS LESSON PLANS TO CHILDREN IN AFTER-SCHOOL PROGRAMS. ADULT VOLUNTEERS ARE ALSO UTILIZED AND ARE RECRUITED BY CHESS CHALLENGE STAFF.
