IN FY 2014, CTS, WITH ITS FLEET OF FIFTEEN ACCESSIBLE VEHICLES, PROVIDED 21,207 HOURS OF SERVICE, DROVE 269,681 MILES AND COMPLETED 66,710 RIDES, OF WHICH THE FOUR TOP TRIP CATEGORIES WERE: WORK (30,916), MEDICAL (12,915), GENERAL PURPOSE (13,790) AND SHOPPING (8,662) TOGETHER MAKING UP 98% OF THE TOTAL TRIPS. CTS NOW HAS A BASE OF WELL OVER 8,100 INDIVIDUALS AND IN THE PAST YEAR ALONE 378 PASSENGERS USED THE SERVICE FOR THE FIRST TIME.
