Organizations Filed Purposes: THE ELECTRIFICATION COALITION FOUNDATION IS A NONPARTISAN, 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATION COMMITTED TO PROMOTING ACTIONS THAT FACILITATE THE DEPLOYMENT OF ELECTRIC VEHICLES ON A MASS SCALE IN ORDER TO COMBAT THE ECONOMIC, ENVIRONMENTAL, AND NATIONAL SECURITY DANGERS CAUSED BY OUR NATION'S DEPENDENCE ON PETROLEUM.THE FOUNDATION SEEKS TO ACHIEVE ITS GOALS THROUGH A COMBINATION OF PUBLIC POLICY RESEARCH, ANALYSIS, PUBLICATION, PUBLIC ENGAGEMENT, AND MEDIA OUTREACH.

EDUCATION - TO INFORM THE GENERAL PUBLIC, OPINION LEADERS AND KEY DECISION MAKERS ABOUT THE IMPORTANCE OF DEPLOYING ELECTRIC VEHICLES ON A MASS SCALE IN ORDER TO COMBAT THE ECONOMIC, ENVIRONMENTAL AND NATIONAL SECURITY DANGERS CAUSED BY OUR NATION'S DEPENDENCE ON OIL. IN ADDITION, THE EC DEVELOPS INITIATIVES THAT PROMOTE ELECTRIC VEHICLE (EV) ADOPTION AT THE STATE AND LOCAL LEVEL LIKE OUR EV ACCELERATOR COMMUNITIES: CITIES AND REGIONS THAT COMBINE PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIPS WITH POLICIES, SUPPORT AND EDUCATION TO DRIVE LOCAL EV SALES. THEY ALSO INCLUDE DEVELOPING EDUCATION PROGRAMS FOR THE CREATION OF STATE PUBLIC POLICIES TO ENABLE GREATER ADOPTION OF EVS.

BUSINESS OUTREACH - TO STRENGTHEN AND EXPAND THE INVOLVEMENT OF PROMINENT BUSINESS LEADERS ON THE IMPORTANCE OF THE DEPLOYMENT OF ELECTRIC VEHICLES ON A MASS SCALE IN ORDER TO COMBAT THE ECONOMIC ENVIRONMENTAL AND NATIONAL SECURITY DANGERS CAUSED BY OUR NATION'S DEPENDENCE ON OIL. IN AND OUT OF BUSINESSES, THE EC SERVES AS TECHNICAL ADVISOR FOR A DIVERSE ARRAY OF PROJECTS BY DRAWING ON OUR EXPERIENCE AND EXPERTISE TO PROVIDE BEST-PRACTICE RECOMMENDATIONS AND GUIDANCE FOR MOBILITY AND ELECTRIFICATION PROGRAMS. ADDITIONALLY, THE EC HAS ESTABLISHED THE TECHNICAL EXPERTISE AND COORDINATION EXPERIENCE TO DEVELOP, IMPLEMENT, AND SCALE TRULY EFFECTIVE PUBLIC, PRIVATE, AND TRANSPORTATION NETWORK COMPANIES (TNCS, E.G. UBER, LYFT AND VIA) FLEET ELECTRIFICATION PROGRAMS.

POLICY DEVELOPMENT - TO PRESENT A SET OF RECOMMENDATIONS TO ADDRESS THE IMPORTANCE OF DEPLOYING ELECTRIC VEHICLES WITH ECONOMIC AND POLICY EXPERTS, PERTINENT ORGANIZATIONS AND LEADERS IN APPLICABLE INDUSTRIES.
