EF'S MAJOR PROGRAMS IN THE EURASIA REGION FOCUSED ON CAPACITY BUILDING OF CIVIL SOCIETY ORGANIZATIONS, SUPPORTING A NETWORK OF RESOURCE, RESEARCH AND TRAINING CENTERS, FACILITATING SOCIAL EXPERTISE EXCHANGE, BUILDING PARTNERSHIPS BETWEEN UNIVERSITIES, AND INCREASING TRANSPARENCY AND ACCOUNTABILITY THROUGH E-GOVERNANCE.
