TEL SERVES AS AN OBJECTIVE THIRD PARTY TO ITS CLIENTS, PROVIDING HONEST GUIDANCE, ONGOING PARTNERSHIP, AND A SAFE, COMPASSIONATE SPACE TO DO SERIOUS, DIFFICULT AND DEEPLY NECESSARY WORK.
