Clients participate in a multi-disciplinary treatment team planning session, with on-going weekly or as needed meeting, to assess progress and to determine the need for further intervention. Staff accompany clients to court appearances and other mandated appointments.Outpatient - CAG's outpatient treatment services are comprised of the following curriculum:*Drug Education*Relapse Prevention*Behavioral Modification*Individual Counseling*Case Management*Individual sessions for clients assigned to regular or intensive outpatient. This program has three levels: regular, intensive and access to recovery.

Transitional housing - a transition living setting for male and female offenders who have successfully completed treatment. The program provides a supportive and supervised living environment for offenders who are in early recovery from substance abuse addiction. Those who have completed a residential treatment program, incarceration and/or homelessness are able to help each other overcome their living situation by living together in the community. In addition to the community concept provided to the offenders, the program provides continued individual group counseling, problem-solving skills, life skills, vocational training, job placement assistance, relapse identification, management and prevention groups. All offenders have an individual treatment plan upon entry into the program but the case managers will reassess and revise according to their unresolved needs. Strong linkages with community agencies are exercised to continue to provide services and support to the offenders as they return to society.
