Scientific: IACM conducts studies in response to regulatory authority requests for data to support colors and also prepare dossiers in support of the review and approval of new colors as safe by key global authorities.
Codex: IACM continues to attend the Codex Committee on Food Additives meeting and spends significant time throughout the year collecting information to support the safe use of colors globally for consideration and adoption at each year's meeting.
Global Color Conference: IACM hosted the fourth biennial Global Color Conference in Arlington, VA. This is a 1 and a half day event that attracts more than 80 attendees and features close to 15 expert speakers on a variety of topics impacting the color industry.
