PARTICIPANTS WILL GATHER TO DISCUSS NEW STRATEGIES ON DIVERSE TOPICS SUCH AS INTERNAL ORGANIZING, NATIONAL AND LOCAL CONSTITUTIONS, FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT, CONTRACTUAL ISSUES, COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AND NEGOTIATIONS, WRITING GRIEVANCES, IMPROVING COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND HEALTH & SAFETY ISSUES.
