Public Education and Awareness Programs - The National Coalition to Abolish the Death Penalty built a network of independent affiliated organizations across the country which now have hundreds of volunteers and grassroots activist across the country. The National Coalition to Abolish the Death Penalty focuses on engaging, training and empowering grassroots activist across the country to raise awareness about the flaws inherent with capital punishment refocusing public attention and policies on policy measures that address the root causes of crime. The National Coalition to Abolish the Death Penalty provides training webinars, resources and support to encourage civic engagement activities.
