The National Forum's Move with the Mayor initiative engaged 18 mayors across the US in encouraging people to walk and move more; developed a scorecard to measure progress in answering the Surgeon General's Call to Action to Promote Walking and Walkable Communities; piloted the scorecard in 11 Ohio cities; provided mayors with local policy recommendations to improve cardiovascular health. The Value and & Access Initiative developed two SHARED Decision Making Tools: Statin-Related Side Effects and ASCVD; released a Best Practices for Pharmaceutical & Therapeutics (P&T) Committee Checklist; submitted Value & Access Steering Committee and partners' concensus input to an organization that conducts cost-benefit analyses of medical therapies; and initiated a landscape report about how various stakeholders view issues related to value and access.
