NTL Institute programs guide individuals in understanding the human element that is the key to professional and personal success. NTL programs add immediate value by providng the most relevant approaches to enhancing individual, group and organizational performance. NTL programs are grounded in experiential learning, our pioneering work where people learn from our own experience in a small group setting. Several hundred people attend our public programs each year.
NTL Institute partners with public, private and nonprofit organizations around the globe to provide consulting services and learning solutions in the areas of diversity, organizational and leadership development, strategic planning, change management and team development. We bring over 60 years of training and educational experience and the expertise of more than 350 professional members to our work with organizations. These customized programs serve approximately 1,500 attendees each year.
NTL Institute publishes the Journal of Applied Behavioral Science (JABS) that presents the latest academic research on the application of the behavioral sciences in real world situations. The JABS Editorial Board includes many of the leading academics and practitioners in the behavioral sciences. JABS has more than 2,000 institutional and individual subscribers around the world.
