EDUCATION - The primary purpose of the Corporation is to organize and conduct international congresses for the presentation of papers, panel discussions, symposia, and other programs reporting the results of recent research in the chemical sciences including chemistry, chemical engineering and biochemistry to enhance the dissemination and exchange of chemical knowledge by scientists and engineers of the Pacific Basin countries and other congress participants, thereby aiding in the development of the industries of each participating country, addressing the problems associated with the local and global environments, and adding to the material prosperity and happiness of their respective peoples.
