SINCE 1922, THE RESERVE OFFICERS ASSOCIATION (ROA) HAS PROVIDED A VOICE FOR THE MEN AND WOMEN OF OUR NATION'S RESERVE COMPONENT WITH 45,000 MEMBERS SPANNING ALL 50 STATES. ROA IS A NATIONAL ORGANIZATION WITH HEADQUARTERS ON CAPITOL HILL IN WASHINGTON DC. THE RESERVE OFFICERS ASSOCIATION IS THE NATION'S ONLY ORGANIZATION EXCLUSIVELY DEDICATED TO THE SUPPORT OF THE RESERVE COMPONENTS OF ALL SEVEN SERVICES ANCHORED BY THE MOTTO, "RESERVE STRENGH RESERVE LIFE". ROA IS DEDICATED TO A LEGISLATIVE ADVOCACY AGENDA THAT ENSURES AN ADEQUATE NATIONAL SECURITY AND A STRONG RESERVE COMPONENT EQUALLY. ROA PROVIDES LIFELONG SUPPORT FOR RESERVE SERVICE MEMBERS THROUGH A ROBUST PLATFORM OF PERSONAL RESOURCES INCLUDING EDUCATION, CAREER COUNSELING, AND LEGAL SUPPORT.
TO SUPPORT A MILITARY POLICY FOR THE UNITED STATES THAT WILL PROVIDE ADEQUATE NATIONAL SECURITY AND TO PROMOTE THE DEVELOPMENT AND EXECUTION THEREOF.
PROVIDE OVERSIGHT AND MANAGEMENT OF PROPERTY TO MAINTAIN BUILDING PERFORMANCE BY FOCUSING ON OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCIES, SAFETY AND REGULATORY COMPLIANCE, AND OVERALL TENANT AND CONFERENCE FACILITY SATISFACTION.
ROA'S COMMUNICATIONS EXECUTE ITS PRIMARY FUNCTION THROUGH A VARIETY OF PLATFORMS TASKED WITH RAISING AWARENESS FOR ROA'S MISSION, PROVIDING INFORMATION TO CURRENT MEMBERS, AND ENGAGING NEW CONSTITUENCIES.
