Held March Revolution Anniversary events to include Lincoln Memorial Rally, Community Luncheon, Community fundraising dinner, and film screening. Held Annual Advocacy Day on the Hill where constituents across from the US came out to meet their congress members. Met with members of congress, the State Department, and the NSC to discuss the Syria issue. Traveled to New York for United Nations event, to other US cities to meet the community members,for fundraisers and to participate in conventions. Staff participated in several TV interviews, wrote many op-eds to be published in publications sucha as Washington Post, New York Times, Politicio and others. Held Government Relations 101 classes with members of the community, Op-ed tutorials, update webinars. Reserched and published briefing on Displacement in Syria, scorecard on Syria Spokespeople.
