Urban Learning and Teaching Center/Urban Adventure Squad supports schools and school communities with community-based,outdoors-focused,hands-on learning programs for schoolchildren in the Washington, D.C.
We partner with schools,community educators,colleges and universities, other nonprofits, and small businesses to create programs that let students learn by doing and propose solutions to pressing societal problems,including environmental injustice,transportation infrastructure, and inclusion.
