Organizations Filed Purposes:
Mission is to provide women and girls programs based on the social teachings of the Catholic Church, that foster understanding of the important role women have in shaping society by Christian influence at work and home.
The Organization served as provider of educational leadership programs for women and girls. Programs are organized in categories of clubs for middle and high school girls, professional women, mothers, and seniors. A total of 1,147 attended at least one event in 2019. Ongoing programs include Yuma Prep high school which experienced a 200 percent increase from prior year. The Organization held a Work and Life conference and a summer networking event for young professionals. Mothers Club, Motherhood Conference, and seniors program continued to support women focused on building families. For the third consecutive year, The Work and Life conference was sold out. A program for women 60 and beyond had 91 participants in its inaugural year. Monthly reflections and retreats were held. Program expenses were supplemented with donated services valued at 49,278, and donated supplies of 893.
