Emory Christian Campus Fellowship (known on campus as BREAD) serves a community of college students who change their world with love as they become followers of Christ.
Emory Christian Campus Fellowship, or Bread Coffeehouse, exists to create thriving inclusive communities for college students who change their world with love as they become followers of Christ. We lavish hospitality on all who walk into our locations through free coffee, baked goods, and welcoming staff and student leaders. Our dream is that as lives are changed by the love of Jesus, our students will in turn change the world with that same love. All this happens through small group discussions, leadership development programs, retreats, service trips, weekly programming, and each one-on-one relationship in which we invest. During 2019, Bread served over 250 students on 2 different campuses in a myriad of ways: 50 student leaders engaged in leadership development programs and serving the community.50 students benefitted from our Eagle Food Co-Op (services for students with food insecurity.) Housed 1 student and 1 ministry intern in need of low rent housing.over 70 students involved in small group Bible studies. 42 students on our spring retreat (February). Helped build a cistern in Mexico for a village in need (January).Led over 20 services trips, partnering with 5 different service organizations and involved 100 students in serving the community.
