MISSION IS TO PROMOTE DEMOCRACY IN HOUSING by uniting those engaged in the branches of the real estate business for purpose of exerting effective and combined influence upon affecting real estate interest; protecting the public against unethical, improper or fraudulent practices and to educate the general public about those persons who have agreed to observe standards maintained by the Board; educating its members through seminars, workshops, literatures and tools necessary for them to effective cope with the real estate industry.
THE PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THIS ORGANIZATION AS A CHAPTER OF THE NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REAL ESTATE BROKERS, IS TO CONDUCT MEMBER MEETINGS, CONFERENCES AND ACTIVITIES TO PROMOTE DEMOCRACY IN HOUSING AND PROVIDE A REAL ESTATE SCHOOL WHICH EDUCATES REAL ESTATE BROKERS AND AGENTS.
CONDUCT MEETING, SEMINARS, CLASSES AND CONFERENCES TO DESEMINATE INFORMATION TO ITS MEMBERSHIP AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC TO PROMOTE DEMOCRACY IN HOUSING AND PREVENT FRAUD AND DISCRIMINATION IN ALL FACETS OF THE REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY.
