In pursuit of Christ's eternal objectives, we equip and encourage business leaders to operate their businesses and conduct their personal lives in accordance with Biblical principles.
To teach Christian principles of business to business leaders.
Group Ministry & Resource Development:Organize, develop, and facilitate business leader groups. These peer groups use resources and group meetings to facilitate discussion and encourage implementation of biblical principles in all areas of their businesses and lives that include business purpose, servant leadership, sales and marketing, financial stewardship, organizational development, business excellence, and business planning. During 2019, we had approximately 100 active business leader groups in the US and overseas. In addition, our Group Leader Training program was updated further and we held multiple training sessions in the US (continued on Schedule O).Developed and produced materials for use in business leader groups, seminars and facilitated discussions on topics including business purpose, servant leadership, sales and marketing, financial stewardship, organizational development, business excellence, and business planning. We added new transformational content to the FCCI website library during 2019, and we have over 100 book titles available for sale or use by our members and the general public. We also send out bi-weekly e-mail training and ministry updates to all of our ministry members and friends.
Conference Ministry:Conduct conferences and other training events that provide teaching, counsel, and fellowship to business leaders on applying biblical principles in every area of their lives. During 2019, over 650 people attended our annual International Business Leaders Conference. We also held two regional conferences with over 100 attendees at each conference and we held one pastors only event.In addition to our in-person conferences we also produced regular on-line podcasts which were hosted by many of our conference speakers.
