Organizations Filed Purposes: To develop, and maintain one of the most innovative above-ground city parks in the country to be known as HUB404 (the "Park") in Atlanta, Georgia ("City"). The nine acre Park will consist of a series of elevated walkways and bridges curving back and forth partially capping nearly half a mile of Georgia 400 state Highway, linking both sides of the city over the sunken thoroughfare, interspersed with greenspace, trees, and small recreation areas. Construction of HUB404 Atlanta GA could begin as early as 2022 and is estimated to last two years, depending on funding.

During 2020, the organization was preparing for a fundraiser to be held in April of 2020, but when the pandemic hit the board decided to not only cancel the fundraiser, but also to end the engagement of a consultant who had been working on behalf of the board and to save our resources for when the organization would emerge. Plans for working with the Buckhead Community Improvement District on raising and spending funds to do the engineering of the park were put on hold because of financial uncertainties related to the COVID pandemic. Some fundraising continued with contributions from commercial properties. Zoom meetings allowed for the board members to remain in touch and to gauge readiness to restart the engineering effort in 2021.
