Organizations Filed Purposes: Volunteer service Organization of Women The Magnolia Chapter is one of 283 chapters of the Links,Incorporated. The five core programs include National Trends and Services, The Arts,

The Chapter provided 13 scholarships for purchase of books to college seniors from the Stars program. The chapter graduated the 2nd cohort of 14 girls who will all be attending college in the fall. The chapter contributed to HBCUs as well as hosted tours with the students. Tours were also hosted to cultural institutions Support was given to National Black Arts Festival, The Bronze Lens Festival, and Hammonds House Museum. The chapter supports the Cary Steele-Pitts organization, a home for orphaned babies, children and their mothers. The chapter will provide counseling seminars, back to work clothing, resume writing, etc. The chapter continues the Books to Africa efforts, Christmas Caroling to area hospitals and overall support of African nations.
