NLCDC OSH CENTER a One Stop Homeownership Center serves the Atlanta Sandy Springs Marietta MSA. We are dedicated to providing affordable housing to families from low to moderate income, typically work force populations such as school teachers, policemen, EMT, firefighters, etc. Our clients are under 120% AMI, we help our clients accomplish their dream of affordable home ownership and for some others affordable rentals. We work to help build credit worthiness to satisfy eligibility requirements from banks, down-payment assistance programs, and landlords.We facilitate a biannual workshop addressing pre-purchase, post purchase, foreclosure prevention and fair housing issues. Referals for more intense counseling are made to HUD Approved Housing Counseling Agencies. For down payment assistance we refer to invest Atlanta, Georgia Department of Community Affairs and County offices.
