Completed second renter qualification course for residents of English Ave with 30 participants, which 10 people qualified. We also provide asset management for 30 properties for the Land Bank. We have hired 2 full time employees. The organization is also assisting with low cost renovations/construction for current homeowners in Atlanta neighborhoods. The availability of quality, code-compliant properties in this area will benefit residents and businesses in the area.
