Major Accomplishments in 2019 Total 2019 income increased 5.43% over 2018 Total 2019 enrollment increased 3.5% over 2018 New investment policy continued with rent revenue income being deposited in CDARS and Raymond James The design and architectural plans for a major education center expansion. Even though the Covid-19 pandemic has shut down an expansion at this time, once enrollment again surges to exceed current capacity the groundwork (and expenses up to actual construction) were completed. The Board's successful search for a successor CEO to take over when the 16-year serving CEO was to retire inearly 2020.
