Triangle Advising sponsored an average of 40 projects at a time during the fiscal year. Projects touched nearly every state in the US as well as multiple countries in Central America, South America, Africa, Europe, and Asia.
TA worked with approximately 35 extant not-for-profit organizations during the year. These services included strategic planning, Board retreat facilitation, Board of Directors training, IRS Form 990 completion, State audit representation, IRS audit defense, revoked 501c3 status reinstatement, mediation, internal controls and financial analyses, Quickbooks training, sales and use tax refunds, charitable solicitation licensing, contract drafting, relocation of headquarters, assumed name registrations, trade/service mark registrations, and more.
