THE MISSION OF AMERICA'S WARRIOR PARTNERSHIP IS TO EMPOWER COMMUNITIES TO EMPOWER VETERANS. OUR ORGANIZATION OFFERS A COMPREHENSIVE RANGE OF PROGRAMS, PROJECTS AND INITIATIVES TO ENSURE THAT COMMUNITIES ARE EQUIPPED WITH THE RESOURCES, TOOLS AND KNOWLEDGE NEEDED TO EMPOWER VETERANS WITHIN THEIR REACH TO OVERCOME OBSTACLES, REDEFINE THEIR PURPOSES AND THRIVE. FROM HELPING WITH HOUSING THE HOMELESS AND UNDERSTANDING SUICIDE RISK FACTORS TO PROVIDING ACCESS TO RECREATIONAL THERAPY PROGRAMS AND BUILDING VETERAN- FRIENDLY WORK CULTURES, EACH OF OUR PROGRAMS AND SERVICES SUPPORTS VETERANS OF ALL ERAS ALONG WITH THEIR FAMILIES AND THEIR CAREGIVERS TO HELP THEM LIVE THE HIGHEST QUALITY OF LIFE POSSIBLE.
THE MISSION OF AMERICA'S WARRIOR PARTNERSHIP IS TO EMPOWER COMMUNITIES TO EMPOWER VETERANS. OUR ORGANIZATION OFFERS A COMPREHENSIVE RANGE OF PROGRAMS, PROJECTS AND INITIATIVES TO FULFILL OUR MISSION. WE PROVIDE AND SUPPORT OUR PROVEN SERVICE MODEL, COMMUNITY INTEGRATION, WHICH ENCOURAGES PROACTIVE OUTREACH AND A HOLISTIC APPROACH TO SERVING VETERANS. OUR PROPRIETARY CASE COORDINATION SYSTEM, WARRIORSERVE, PROVIDES ORGANIZATIONS WITH EFFECTIVE MEANS TO MANAGE AND TRACK SERVICES IN ORDER TO BETTER SERVE VETERANS AND THEIR FAMILIES. OUR ANNUAL SYMPOSIUM BRINGS SERVICE PROVIDERS TOGETHER WITH OTHERS IN THE FIELD FOR TRAINING, INSPIRATION, AND NETWORKING. WE PROVIDE ACCESS TO A VETTED COMMUNITY OF ADAPTIVE SPORTS, RECREATIONAL THERAPY AND WELLNESS PROGRAMS THROUGH MEMBERSHIP IN THE FOUR STAR ALLIANCE. WE HOST THE NETWORK, A COORDINATION CENTER THAT LINKS COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS WITH RESOURCES, CONNECTIONS AND EXPERTISE FROM ACROSS THE NATION TO ENSURE THEY ARE EMPOWERED TO PROVIDE NEEDED SERVICES AND SUPPORT TO LOCAL MILITARY, VETERANS, AND THEIR FAMILIES. OPERATION DEEP DIVE INVOLVES AMERICA'S WARRIOR PARTNERSHIP, UNIVERSITY OF ALABAMA RESEARCHERS AND THE BRISTOL-MYERS SQUIBB FOUNDATION AS PARTNERS ON A FOUR- YEAR RESEARCH STUDY THAT WILL EXAMINE THE COMMUNITY FACTORS AND POTENTIAL CAUSES INVOLVED IN SUICIDES AND EARLY MORTALITY DUE TO SELF-HARM AMONG MILITARY VETERANS. OUR CORPORATE VETERAN INITIATIVE IS A CUSTOMIZED PROGRAM FOR CORPORATIONS WITH WHICH AMERICA'S WARRIOR PARTNERSHIP WORKS TO IDENTIFY AND ENGAGE VETERANS THROUGH PROACTIVE OUTREACH IN ORDER TO PROMOTE VETERAN RECRUITMENT AND RETENTION WITHIN THEIR ORGANIZATION. MISSION ROLL CALL IS A GROUNDBREAKING INITIATIVE PROVIDING VETERANS WITH A POWERFUL, UNIFIED VOICE THAT IS HEARD BY OUR NATION'S LEADERS AND COMMUNITIES. 5,325 VETERANS WERE SERVED AND 6 COMMUNITY AFFILIATES WERE FUNDED AND/OR MENTORED THROUGH COMMUNITY INTEGRATION, AMERICA'S WARRIOR PARTNERSHIP'S SIGNATURE PROGRAM, FOR THE YEAR ENDING DECEMBER 31, 2019. WE CULTIVATED AND MAINTAINED PARTNERSHIPS WITH 260 VETERAN-SERVING ORGANIZATIONS ACROSS THE COUNTRY TO IMPROVE COMMUNITY CONNECTIVITY TO SERVICES THROUGH THE NETWORK, RESULTING IN 353 VETERANS BEING CONNECTED TO RESOURCES. 57 ORGANIZATIONS ACROSS 13 COMMUNITIES ARE USING THE WARRIORSERVE TECHNOLOGY PLATFORM TO COORDINATE AND MANAGE VETERAN CASES. OUR OPERATION DEEP DIVE RESEARCH STUDY TO EXAMINE THE FACTORS AND POTENTIAL CAUSES INVOLVED IN VETERAN SUICIDES ENGAGED 245 COMMUNITY-LEVEL ORGANIZATIONAL PARTNERS IN 14 COMMUNITIES. IN ITS FIRST 8 MONTHS, MISSION ROLL CALL HAS GROWN TO MORE THAN 535K SOCIAL MEDIA AND EMAIL MEMBERS; WITH A GOAL OF 1M+ BY JULY 2020. SINCE 2014, ORGANIZATIONS THROUGHOUT THE COUNTRY HAVE COLLABORATED WITH AMERICA'S WARRIOR PARTNERSHIP TO HELP MORE THAN 51,813 VETERANS IMPROVE THEIR WELL- BEING.
