CHURCH PLANTING: ILI IDENTIFIES, EQUIPS, AND MOBILIZES CHURCH PLANTERS IN PARTNERSHIP WITH INDIGENOUS ORGANIZATIONS IN KEY LOCATIONS AROUND THE WORLD.
