Provide disaster relief and repair homes for the needy.
Our mission is to provide disaster relief services and help the financially challenged with minor and major home repairs.
Community Development. We worked on over 40 homes, helping families with wheelchair ramps, roof replacements and other costly home repairs. Several of these were whole house renovations.
Disaster Relief. We responded to disasters in Dayton, OH, Panama City, FL, and Ringgold, GA. This included cutting trees, cleaning up storm damage and repairing homes.
Temporary Housing. We continued renovations on our house to be used for temporary housing of displaced people. This included turning a single-family home into a duplex to allow us to serve more families. The total cost in 2019 was $38,803, in which $35,670 was capitalized and included in buildings.
