The organization seeks to develop and promote products and provide services to address the need within the souls of leaders to make their live an expression of integrity. Uniting their hearts with the work of their hands and minds. Products and services revolve around a character development process through media, events (educational and training) and coaching (personal mentoring and counseling).

High Trust Leader Course - The Organization also consulted and coached leaders on how to expand their reach and vision, by developing a high trust, grace-based culture, which results in a stronger leadership productive team. The Organization published training materials designed to aid leaders as described above.
