Organizations Filed Purposes:
As a Recovery Community Service Program our primary goal is to collarate with faith institutions to develop and implement recovery community support services that help promote long term recovery from drug and alcohol addiction. These services include a 12-step and a faith based support group, transitional housing, parenting, entreprenurial, apprenticeship and workforce development programs all for individuals in recovery. In addition, we host an array of annual events and conferences that support and educate individuals in recovery or seeking recovery, their family members, community supporters and allies.

Community Health Center: Recovery Consultants Healthe care for Homeless program provides general primary medical care to all lifecycles through the assessment, diagnosis, screening, education, treatment, referrals, and follow-up for acute and chronic conditions. CLIA waived diagnostic laboratory testing is offered directly and additional diagnostic laboratory testing through a contract with Laboratory Corporation of America. RCA offers screening services including cancer, communicable disease, and cholesterol screenings. Well child services are provided including periodic physical exams and measurements, appropriate screenings and tests to assess vision, hearing, oral health, growth and measurements, appropriate screenings and tests to assess vision, hearing, oral health, growth and development, and immunization status, as well as health education and counseling.
TCE HIV Preventive Program: To provide care for HIV-positive and high-risk populations who have substance use disorders or co-occuring substance use and mental disorders.
HIV CBI program: To conduct an array of activities to build a solid foundation for delivering and sustaining quality and accessible state of the science substance abuse and HIV prevention services to reduce risks of substance abuse and HIV infection and transmission among greater Atlanta's racial minority young adults (ages 18-24). RCA and its partners will build capacity to conduct a formal Community Needs Assessment to better understand the access/use/outcomes disparities among African American young adults at highest risk, and to devise and implement a Strategic Plan responsive to needs assessment findings which will guide infrastructure reduce the onset of substance abuse and HIV transmission among young adults at highest risk. enhancements and effective strategies for prevention and services linkages interventions that will reduce the onset of substance abuse and HIV transmission among young adults at highest risk.
