COLEMAN'S PLAN THAT SHE FUND IT IN THIS MANNER. BASICALLY, THE FUND WAS UNFUNDED UNTIL 2012. ON FEBRUARY 14, 2012 THE FUND RECEIVED A HOUSE FROM THE BLANCHE D. COLEMAN, M.D. CHARITABLE REMAINDER UNITRUST WHICH WAS SOLD ON JUNE 28, 2012.THE FUND ALSO RECEIVED $70,141 AS IT WAS NAMED AS THE BENEFICIARY OF MRS. TYLER'S RETIREMENT ACCOUNT.ON DECEMBER 31, 2014 THE TRUSTEES TRANSFERRED ALL ASSETS TO THE FIRST UNITED METHODIST CHURCH WITH RESTRICTIONS THAT THESE ASSETS BE USED FOR THE EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES FOR MEMBERS OF THE FIRST UNITED METHODIST CHURCH.
