FOR OVER TWENTY YEARS, FRONTLINE MISSIONS HAS IMPACTED A WHOLE PEOPLE GROUP, THE TOLUPAN TRIBE IN FLOWER MOUNTAIN. WE RAISE UP TEAMS OF ALL AGES TO GO AND SHARE THE LOVE OF JESUS CHRIST THROUGH MEDICAL AND DENTAL CARE, CONNECTING THE SCHOOL CHILDREN OF THE MANY VILLAGES WITH THOSE IN THE UNITED STATES, PROVIDING SCHOOL SUPPLIES AND FINANCIAL SUPPORT TO ATTEND SCHOOL, IMPROVING THEIR ECONOMY THROUGH PURCHASING AND SELLING FLOWER MOUNTAIN GROWN COFFEE, TRAINING WOMEN ENTREPRENEURS JEWELRY-MAKING SKILLS AND SELLING IT TO PROVIDE AN EDUCATION FOR THEIR CHILDREN, AND DISCIPLING THE PEOPLE TO RAISE UP SPIRITUAL LEADERS AMONG THE TOLUPANS. TOTAL OF TEAMS SENT TO FLOWER MOUNTAIN: 7 TOTAL OF PEOPLE PARTICIPATING IN TEAMS: 90 TOTAL OF PEOPLE IN FLOWER MOUNTAIN SERVED: 3,080 HONDURAS - LA CAMPA GREG AND JEAN HINES, FULL-TIME MISSIONARIES LIVING IN HONDURAS, ARE VERY CONNECTED INTO LIFE WITH THE PEOPLE OF LA CAMPA AND THE SURROUNDING VILLAGES. THEY DISCIPLE AND ENCOURAGE PASTORS AND LEADERS IN DOING THE WORK OF THE MINISTRY, LEAD TEAMS TO DO MEDICAL MISSIONS, BUILDING PROJECTS, MINISTRY, AND HAVE EVEN INTRODUCED BAMBOO-BASED REUSABLE DIAPERS THAT HAVE GREATLY INCREASED THE HEALTH OF LITTLE ONES IN DIAPERS AMONG THE VILLAGES. THEY HAVE ALSO STARTED THE RUBIN HOUSE, WHICH CARES FOR PEOPLE WITH PHYSICAL DISABILITIES, PROVIDING A BEAUTIFUL, SAFE ENVIRONMENT AS WELL AS MEDICAL STAFF THAT CARES FOR THE PATIENTS AND PERFORMS PHYSICAL THERAPY TO BETTER THEIR LIVES. TOTAL OF TEAMS SENT TO LA CAMPA: 9 TOTAL OF PEOPLE TRAVELED TO FLOWER MOUNTAIN: 57 TOTAL OF PEOPLE IN FLOWER MOUNTAIN SERVED: 2,044 BRAZIL - BOA VISTA FOLLOWING THE DECEMBER 2018 TEAM OUTREACH TO BRAZIL WHICH FOCUSED ON TRAINING INDIGENOUS LEADERS TO SHARE THE GOSPEL OF JESUS CHRIST WITH UNREACHED UNENGAGED PEOPLE GROUPS (UUPG), THE FOCUS OF 2019 WAS TO TRAIN INDIGENOUS LEADERS AS ENTREPRENEURS TO BECOME SELF-SUFFICIENT THROUGH DEVELOPING THEIR OWN PERSONAL BUSINESSES AND EQUIPPING THEM FULLY TO BE ABLE TO FOLLOW THROUGH, AS WELL AS PROVIDING ACCOUNTABILITY AND SUPPORT DURING THE PROCESS. WE ALSO MINISTERED TO VENEZUELAN REFUGEES WITH OUR LOCAL PASTOR WE TEAM WITH, AND MINISTERED IN VARIOUS CHURCHES AND GATHERINGS. TOTAL OF TEAMS SENT TO BOA VISTA: 3 TOTAL OF PEOPLE TRAVELED TO BOA VISTA: 9 TOTAL OF PEOPLE IN BOA VISTA: 200 ONGOING IMPACT ON LIVES AND LOCAL ECONOMY: IMMEASURABLE COLOMBIA ALTHOUGH FRONTLINE MISSIONS MAIN FOCUS AMONG THE NATIONS IS WITH THE INDIGENOUS PEOPLE GROUPS, WE ARE ALSO ENGAGED WITH NON-INDIGENOUS CHURCHES IN COLOMBIA DUE TO REQUESTS AND EXCELLENT RELATIONS AND RESPECT BUILT OVER THE YEARS. IN COLOMBIA, WE MAINLY TRAIN CHURCH AND MINISTRY LEADERS AND EQUIP THEM TO MINISTER TO THEIR PEOPLE, AS WELL AS HELP DEVELOP UNITY AMONG THE VARIOUS COMMUNITIES OF FAITH. BRAZIL - BOA VISTA 2019 WAS AN EXCITING YEAR IN BRAZIL AFTER TRAINING AND EQUIPPING THIRTY INDIGENOUS LEADERS AT THE END OF 2018 TO TAKE THE GOSPEL OF JESUS CHRIST TO UNREACHED, UNENGAGED PEOPLE GROUPS (UUPG) IN NORTHERN BRAZIL,REGION 1 & 9 IN GUYANA, AND SOUTHERN VENEZUELA.THEY TRAVELED THROUGHOUT 2019 TO SHARE THE LOVE OF JESUS CHRIST, SET UP HOME GROUPS, AND REVISIT TO DISCIPLE AND CONNECT WITH VILLAGERS AND NEW BELIEVERS. WE HAD A RECORD-BREAKING 100% PARTICIPATION RATE OF THOSE TRAINED, AND ONE OF THE TEN VILLAGES VISITED IS NO LONGER CONSIDERED A UUPG AREA. ALSO, DURING 2019, WE HELD THREE BUSINESS AS MISSIONS (BAM) TRAININGS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR FOR TEN INDIGEONOUS LEADERS TO START THEIR OWN BUSINESSES. THIS LED TO SEVEN MICROLOANS GIVEN OUT TO START SEVEN BUSINESSES, PAVING THE WAY FOR THEIR GOAL OF BECOMING SELF-SUSTAINING. THIS AFFECTS THREE PEOPLE GROUPS: THE INGARICO, THE MACUXI, AND THE WAPISHANA.
