L.E.A.D.'s mission is to empower an at-risk generation to lead and transform their city of Atlanta. L.E.A.D.'s vision is to develop its participants into Ambassadors who will lead Atlanta to lead the world. Using our Pathway2Empowerment programming methodology, we empower our youth to overcome three curveballs that threaten their lives: crime, poverty and racism.

L.E.A.D.'s Ambassador Program - a year-long intensive leadership program that includes peer mentoring, academic support, professional baseball training and exposure/access to college programs, and paid internships.
The Legacy League - the country's first inner city, fall baseball instructional league focusing on developing inner city talent for college play. This program serves as the pipeline for our middle school transition program and is a prerequisite for the Ambassador Program.
Jr Ambassadors - a school year long program that serves as the earliest entry point into LEAD. Participants are introduced to the LEAD Way of Winning at The Game of Life which includes embodying our six core values: excellence, humility, integrity, loyalty, stewardship and teamwork.
