Serve our neighbors in need and transform lives and communities in response to Christ's call. Working to help individuals and families in need, MUST Ministries provides:-Day service centers to provide food, clothing, financial assistance, education and employment assistance, interview, assessment and referral services.-Integrated housing programs dedicated to helping residents break the cycle of poverty.

MUST Housing programs work to address the emergency needs of persons experiencing homelessness, the long-term needs of those struggling with chronic homelessness because of a disability and rental assistance for those who are living in homelessness or facing eviction. MUST's emergency shelter serves more than 926 persons annually, including children. MUST's Supportive Housing Programs offer stable housing for 141 persons, including Veterans, who are chronically homeless with at least one disability. In the 2019-2020 fiscal year, these programs provided 97,980 bed nights of rest to persons recovering from homelessness. Continued on Schedule O.The Elizabeth Inn Shelter provides emergency shelter for men, women, and families who are living in homelessness. Our program connects the client to Workforce Development for resume writing and career building opportunities. Each client is assigned a case manager to meet weekly in creating a Housing Stability Plan indicating their program goals and addressing any possible barriers to housing the client may experience. In addition, the client will receive appropriate referrals to mainstream services for concerns such as mental and physical health, substance abuse, and domestic violence. In the past 12 months, 787 clients have successfully entered into a Housing Stability Plan after receiving placement in our program. This total represents 85% completion toward our annual goal. 498 clients completed one goal toward self-sufficiency (obtained employment, obtained a mainstream benefit, or qualified for housing). This total represents 125% completion toward our annual goal. 562 clients have graduated from the Elizabeth Inn program and received stable housing, representing 110% of our annual goal.MUST Ministries Supportive Housing Program addresses the needs of persons with mental disabilities and substance abuse who are chronically homeless. As of the 2019-2020 fiscal year, the Supportive Housing Program has served 141 individuals with case management, medical assistance, education (GED Program) and employment services. These services are rendered through the Supportive Housing Programs in Cobb, Cherokee and the Veterans Program in Marietta. Through these programs, our goal is to help individuals move toward self-sufficiency with stable housing, education, employment and financial benefits.MUST can serve those who are living in homelessness or who are facing eviction through several federal grants. The BoS Rapid Re-Housing (RRH), funded by the Balance of State Continuum of Care, is a program for individuals/families who are living in homelessness and meet the income limits of 50% or below AMI. This program housed clients in Bartow, Cherokee, Douglas, Paulding and Pickens counties. A total of 81 individuals were served in this program and 85% were stably housed upon completion of the program. The Cobb County Rapid Re-Housing (RRH), funded by the Cobb/Marietta Continuum of Care, is a program for individuals/adult families who are living in homelessness and meet the income limits of 50% or below AMI. This program housed clients in Cobb County. A total of 23 individuals were served in this program and 92% were stably housed upon completion of the program. The Cobb ESG Rapid Re-Housing (ESG-RRH), funded by Cobb County CDBG program, is a program for single individuals who are living in homelessness and meet the income limits of 30% or below AMI. A total of 33 individuals were served in this program. Of the 33 individuals served, 88% were stably housed upon completion of the program. The Tenant Based Rental Assistance program, funded by Cobb County HOME program, is a program for families and seniors who are living in homelessness or at risk of becoming homeless and meet the income limits of 80% or below AMI. A total of 78 individuals were served in this program and 95% were stably housed upon completion of the program.

MUST Programs Services provides food, housing, clothing, financial assistance, case management, adult healthcare (clinic) and employment services to individuals and families with little to no income. With the help of thousands of volunteers, 856,165 pounds of groceries were donated to 29,999 individuals and 125,858 clothing items were given free of charge to 10,396 individuals. Through innovative training opportunities, including job readiness and industry-specific trainings, MUST helped 463 individuals find employment resulting in more than $10 Million in gross income returning to the community. The case management team program works with individuals for better understanding of their current situation and community resources as well as goal setting and obtainment, mapping the way for a secure future.

MUST's Community Outreach programs provide supplemental food and holiday assistance for families. MUST's Summer Lunch Program delivers lunches each weekday to at-risk school-aged children who receive free or reduced lunches during the school year, as well as their younger siblings. Partnering with community churches and organizations 379,471 meals were delivered to 53,942 children in 8 counties. MUST's Toy Shop provided Holiday gifts to 3,365 children in three counties and MUST's holiday program provided 400 families holiday meals complete with a ham or turkey and all of the accompanying holiday food items needed for a traditional celebration within their own homes.
