Organizations Filed Purposes:
Fostering generational change for families affected by trauma.
One student recognized as youth of the year by local Boys and Girls Club chapter. One third of all Team Up students were recognized for outstanding achievement by their school. 58 children served by Team Up as 17 family units. 844.5 hours of volunteer hours by mentors. Conducted surveys to help empower our parents of students. Created Teen Leadership Academy serving 17 teens on a weekly basis.
Students received 125,578 miles of transportation to school, mentoring, and other community services and activities. We provided 6,000 individual transports to children and families served by Team Up.
Four Team Up boys participated in Lacrosse through partnerhsip with local Boys and Girls Club and All Access LAX and placed 2nd in state tournament. We had 1005 access to medical and dental care for all students. 2,400 meals donated to Team Up for nightly program. 450 lunches proved daily for students at special needs school. 6 students and parents completed trauma informed therapy. 40 doctor's appointment, 10 dental appointments, and 20 counseling appointments attended with most high risk families.
