Propempo works primarily with and through local churches, and their relationships, to expand biblical understanding and vision for ownership of strategic missions involvement. We utilize technical resources and services to help churches and missions ministry be more effective in their ministry, communication, and outreach. Propempo provides consultation and training for developing strategic focus, then continues to advise and resource ministry-specific training and counseling, especially for challenging fields.

We advise, consult, and recommend and create resources for strategic involvement and effective long-term implementation. We evaluate and help churches build plans for missions.

Missions consultation and leadership training through conferences, seminars, both live and online web-based training, classes, NGO organizational and team consulting. Corporate leadership and missionary mentoring, policy development, resource writing, diagnostic and process tools development, and utilization, including overseas project development, advising, and shepherding. Teaching ministry and equipping of overseas personnel: teaching and training for cross-cultural service, including cultural diversity training, organizational development training, strategic planning, curriculum development and supervision for cross-cultural service; Perspectives courses, NGO institutional consultation, and training for effective corporate international deployment/mobilization.
Advisory and technical services for Internet and church-based technologies, and the design/creation of print and digital media, especially those directed toward effective communication, promotion, outreach, instruction, and missions aspects of church life.
