SBDC has a three-part vision: Outreach, Deliverance, and Discipleship. Through outreach, we reach out to others with the love of God, reaching them right where they are. We support local community non-profit organizations both monetarily and through volunteering. We also walk hand-in-hand with families as they navigate life. We are a safe place where the wounded, hurt, troubled, and broken can come as they are and be introduced to the life-changing power of God through hearing Gods word. We foster an atmosphere for every person that we encounter to experience a life of freedom and deliverance through the power of prayer, Biblically-based teaching, and by encouraging a personal relationship with Christ. We believe that the Word of God is true, and that Jesus Christ is the sole source of its life-changing power. SBDC equips people to become disciples of Christ through Biblically-based teaching from the Word of God. SBDC has formed a partnership with My African Aid Organization in support of My Home Orphanage located in Sierra Leone, West Africa. There are over 2,500 homeless children in the city of Freetown, Sierra Leone and our partnership helps provide shelter and meals for these children in need. Weve raised $526 in the calendar year.
