THERE WERE 66 MEMBERS IN THE PROGRAM RANGING IN AGE FROM 21 TO 77 YEARS OLD WITH AN AVERAGE AGE OF 48. THERE WERE APPROXIMATELY 71% MALE AND 29% FEMALE MEMBERS WITH THE MAJORITY SELF-IDENTIFYING AS AFRICAN-AMERICAN (45%) OR CAUCASIAN (44%) FOLLOWED BY LATINX AND ASIAN AT 9% AND 2%, RESPECTIVELY. IN TOTAL, 1,177 PEOPLE WERE IMPACTED THROUGH OUTREACH, AWARENESS, AND EDUCATION. NOTE: DUE TO THE PUBLIC HEALTH EMERGENCY WHICH FORCED A SHUTDOWN FROM MID-MARCH 2020 TO JUNE 2020 AND REVISED ONSITE PROGRAMMING IN JUNE 2020 TO COMPLY WITH SOCIAL DISTANCING, THE ORGANIZATION'S PROGRAM ACCOMPLISHMENTS ARE NOT COMPARABLE TO OTHER PERIODS NOR ARE THEY USUAL. VIRTUAL SERVICES OF SUPPORT CALLS, ZOOM GROUPS AND DOOR-STEP VISITS WERE PROVIDED DURING THE CLOSURE PERIOD AND INTO THE NEXT REPORTING YEAR.
