(continuing from Part I, Item 1) Our work includes, but is not limited to making monetary grants supporting initiatives that can have a lasting impact on the lives of those most in need in Central America.
Connects individuals and faith communities to the mission of the Protestant Center for Pastoral Studies in Central America (CEDEPCA) through communication, education, fundraising, and accompaniment.
Made grants to CEDEPCA, a Central American nonprofit organization which provides educational programs and assistance via a Women's Ministry; a Biblical and Theological Studies program; an Intercultural Encounters program and a Disaster Ministry.
Outreach and Education -- mailed an informational newsletter to approximately 800 US supporters of CEDEPCA describing the current work in progress with feature articles about clients, Board members, volunteers, and the impacts of the COVID19 pandemic and 2020 tropical storm impacts to client communities in the region. Maintained the www.cedepca.us website to increase outreach to the public.
